What is innateSAGA? Is it an OTT streaming platform or a UGC (User Generated Content) platform?

This comprehensive platform serves creators and their supporters. It promotes the concept of co-creation and hosts a variety of interactive co-creation events. This platform provides both OTT streaming services for professional creators (such as film and television production teams) and a platform for ordinary creators to share their own works. It also offers many engaging collaborative activities. Therefore, it's a highly interactive PUGC (Professional User Generated Content) platform. Here, you can create and share your own legendary stories, interact with other creators and supporters, and even co-create. Just like the meaning of the platform innateSAGA, you are a creator who is born with the ability to create SAGA. (SAGA is a fun and memorable Icelandic word that means story or legend)

What are contracted creators on the platform? How do they differ from regular creators?

Contracted creators are those who are willing to engage in long-term collaboration with the platform as "co-creation partners." They recognize and support innateSAGA's co-creation philosophy, forming a creative alliance with innateSAGA to build an ideal creative community. Becoming a contracted creator requires signing a long-term cooperation agreement, enjoying greater benefits while fulfilling corresponding responsibilities and obligations, much like a chamber of commerce supporting each other and sharing resources.

Why are there the same series in "Featured" and the Creator Channel?

The content in the "Featured" section is produced by innateSAGA, as well as complete film compilations of works by high-quality creators who have signed contracts with innateSAGA (so you can think of it as an official collection of completed works). These works have signed specific licensing agreements with innateSAGA, ensuring the long-term validity of the works.

Can the platform terminate my account?

Yes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at any time if we reasonably believe you have seriously or repeatedly violated our Terms of Service and Privacy (for example, by abusing your account through multiple IP sharing, misusing other people's account information, committing fraud, abusing sharing features, infringing copyrights, posting illegal or infringing content, or harassing others). We will typically provide a warning before termination (unless the violation is serious or immediate termination is required by law). You also have the right to cancel your account at any time.

Can the platform modify the terms?

Yes, we may update our Terms of Service and Privacy, Creator/Supporter Terms, Refund Policy, and other terms from time to time. If we make significant changes (generally those that materially affect your rights or obligations), we will notify you in advance (e.g., at least 10 days in advance) through prominent means such as email or in-app notifications. The revised terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the services and cancel your account before the effective date.

Who is responsible for activity under the account?

You (the account holder) are fully responsible for all activity under your account, including viewing, downloading, commenting, sharing, and other activities performed through your account. Please keep your account login credentials (username/password) secure and do not share them with others. Any violation of the Terms of Service may result in the restriction or termination of your account.

Will my viewing history be public?

No. Your personal viewing history is private by default and is not visible to other users. However, if you enable "Shared Viewing Activity" or similar social features and connect your social network accounts, the viewing information you choose to share may be visible to your friends or followers. You can manage these features in your privacy settings.

How do you collect and use my personal information?

We collect information to provide services, improve your experience, conduct necessary business operations (such as billing), and comply with laws. This information may include registration information, device information, usage data (such as viewing history and search history), location information (required for some features), and payment information (processed by payment processors; we only store tokens). For more information on how we use this information, including whether it is shared with third parties (for example, content recommendations, advertising, and analytics services), please refer to our Privacy Policy. This policy explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

Will the platform price increase? Will I be notified in advance?

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. If we adjust the price of your current subscription, we will notify you in advance (e.g., at least 10 days in advance) by email (sent to your registered email address) or other prominent means (e.g., a website/in-app notification) before the change takes effect. The notice will state the new price and the effective date. After the effective date, your subscription will be billed at the new price for renewals. If you disagree with the price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.

What if I have questions about a charge or need a refund?

Will the prices of purchases and subscriptions change?

Creators are solely responsible for determining pricing changes for content uploaded to their channels and are solely responsible for providing notifications.
Officially contracted content on our featured channels may experience slight price fluctuations based on factors such as the premiere of new series and promotions for older series. For specific pricing, please refer to our official website or the subscription page within the app. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions, but please be assured that existing users will be notified in advance.

Can I record content on the platform?

A: No. According to our Terms of Service and copyright law, users are strictly prohibited from using any screen recording software, equipment, or method to record, copy, rip, or disseminate any content on the platform. Please note that recording is a copyright infringement and may result in account termination and legal liability.

Can I download content to watch offline?

Except for videos in the stock library specifically available for download, no other videos are available for download. This is to protect the copyright rights of creators as much as possible.
Of course, creators who wish to make their work available for download can also upload it to the stock library and indicate the scope of their authorization.

Will the content I purchased/subscribed to be suddenly removed?

For videos uploaded directly by creators on their channels, please check for any expiration dates before purchasing or subscribing. Creators without specific instructions are bound by the Creator Terms and Conditions and are required to ensure the long-term availability of paid content. In the event of sudden removal, you can contact the creator directly for solutions.
For works on featured channels, this platform has obtained specific authorization from contracted creators. These works are generally valid for a long time, unless removed due to force majeure (such as policy changes). If such removal occurs, we will notify consumers in advance and implement remedial measures.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

You can log in to your payment provider account (such as PayPal or Stripe), find the subscription and cancel it.

Can I get a refund?

Virtual products do not support refunds, please think carefully before purchasing.
