As a creator, when you publish your work using innateSAGA, you acknowledge and agree to the following Creator Terms. Therefore, we encourage you to read the following carefully.

 

Rules Regarding Creator Content

You are entirely responsible for all content (including text, images, videos, links, and third-party hosted content) that you create, upload, post, or display through innateSAGA.

You warrant that you have all necessary authorizations to upload content or to connect with other users. If you breach this warranty, you will indemnify us for any losses we suffer as a result.

Content you upload to the Website is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us and the users of the Website a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, and distribute it. We reserve the right to use your content for the purpose of improving the Website and our business without incurring any obligation to you.

You also authorize us to disclose your identity to any third party if they claim that your content infringes their intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to review and remove content from our website at our discretion as necessary to protect our business.

As a creator, you agree to act as a data controller and are personally responsible for the lawful processing of personal information provided on innateSAGA (such as follower email addresses and purchaser names and addresses). You may only use supporter information (including donors, followers, purchasers, subscribers, etc.) to communicate with you regarding their interactions on the platform, and the processing must be lawful. You must provide supporters with a way to withdraw their consent and delete their data, and comply with all legal requirements for personal information processing provided by the platform.

 

Intellectual Property and Profit Distribution

The creators promise that the content, services or products (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, audio and video products, software programs, physical objects, customized services, face-to-face or remote consultation, etc., hereinafter collectively referred to as content) provided on innateSAGA have copyright or legal authorization, and agree to authorize innateSAGA to appropriately and within a limited scope jointly enjoy the rights and interests of such content (including the innateSAGA website " innatesaga.com ", innateSAGA APP, innateSAGA official account, Weibo , YouTube channel and other own social media accounts or other partner media accounts), including promoting the creator's content, the creator itself, innateSAGA itself, or allowing users of the innateSAGA platform to browse, download, use or pay.

All amounts paid by users on the innateSAGA platform will be collected and settled by innateSAGA .

All profits earned in the current month (calendar month) will be settled after the withdrawal amount is met after the 1st of the next month (calendar month) .

innateSAGA platform and its affiliates may settle accounts for creators on their own or through a third party (including but not limited to UnionPay, banks, third-party payment companies, etc.). To entrust third-party payment settlement matters, you agree to authorize innateSAGA and its affiliates to provide the personal or corporate information necessary to open a settlement account, including but not limited to personal identity information (scans of the front and back of the original ID card, ID number, name, date of birth, etc.), corporate information (company name, legal person personal information, business license, etc.), payment information (savings card number, bank account opening bank, specific branch, Alipay account number, etc.), credit information, contact information, etc.

 

After-sales obligations

Creators are responsible for ensuring that the quality and quantity of content and products conform to the description. If the quality and quantity of content provided by the creators do not conform to the description in a non-subjective manner, innateSAGA has the right to request solutions from the creators on behalf of users, including but not limited to modifying or deleting the content.

If a user is subjectively dissatisfied with the content or product of a transaction, innateSAGA has the responsibility to coordinate and try to resolve the issue while safeguarding the rights and interests of both users and creators.

If no agreement can be reached after coordination, innateSAGA may temporarily freeze the corresponding order amount. At the same time, the user or creator can provide relevant proof to the innateSAGA platform. innateSAGA has the right to independently determine and handle whether to refund the original amount to the consumer, settle the amount to the creator, or make a partial refund.

 

Prohibited Uses of the Website

It is prohibited to use innateSAGA services or pages to engage in or be associated with the following activities:

Violate this Agreement, the Terms of Use and Privacy, FAQs, or any other current or subsequently published platform rules;

Violate any law, government regulation, industry requirement or anti-money laundering regulation;

Conduct prohibited by payment providers associated with the Service (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) (please refer to the official websites of PayPal, Stripe, and other payment providers for details on their acceptable use policies);

Specific examples include but are not limited to:

• Adult or sexually suggestive content (such as pornographic materials, nudity, sexual services, or links to such content);
• Contains links to fraudulent, misleading, or fraudulent services;
• Violent or excessively gory content;
• Hate speech, intimidation or any form of abuse against any individual, group or organization;
• Activities that intentionally harm creators (e.g., using chargebacks or fraudulent disputes to cause financial loss);
• Selling articles, goods or services for the purpose of tax evasion;
• Products or services that directly infringe or facilitate the infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets) or privacy rights;
• Raphael prizes, lotteries, giveaways, or games that involve a fee and random drawing;

Any other unacceptable activity as reasonably determined by the Platform.

In short, using innatesaga.com to disseminate illegal or adult content is strictly prohibited. Please only use the platform in a legal, authentic, and positive manner.

 

Creator's Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your Creator Content and all interactions and transactions with your supporters, including fulfilling your legal obligations as a seller (if applicable), such as setting donation/sale terms, pricing, processing payments, delivering products, and handling refunds and disputes. innateSAGA is not the seller of your Content and is not involved in any transactions between you and your supporters, including disputes.

Supporter Terms

 

As a supporter, you acknowledge and agree to the following specific terms.

 

Creator Content and Privacy

innateSAGA does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or authenticity of any Creator Page, Goal, Post, Message, or Content. Your support is your responsibility. Please seek professional financial, legal, tax, or other advice based on your circumstances.

Some user activity, such as fan messages, is public by default, and we may use it for internal services or external platforms. If you select a "private" option for a message, such as a direct message, please note that even if you select private, payment providers (such as PayPal and Stripe) may still share your personal details with creators, depending on your account type.

The platform does not verify creator content. Please exercise caution before contributing and actively use privacy settings to protect the privacy of your messages.

 

 

Creator Responsibility

innateSAGA is not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or disputes between you and creators. Creators are solely responsible for matters related to their content (such as donation/sales terms, pricing, payment, product delivery, refunds, and dispute resolution).

 

Pre-sales and after-sales assistance services

If supporters are unable to contact the creator or complete pre-sales and after-sales communication independently, innateSAGA provides supporters with pre-sales and after-sales assistance services.

Pre-sales

If supporters are unable to receive a response from creators, they can report the situation to innateSAGA's official customer service , which provides pre-sale consulting services and facilitates communication with creators. All inquiries regarding platform usage and transactions can be addressed with the platform's customer service. Service hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays in the UTC+8 time zone.

innateSAGA is responsible for providing a better user experience for all users, including more convenient content publishing, better display of members and products, etc. In this process, it will maintain the stability of the website and continuously update and iterate its functions.

After-sales

If a supporter is unable to get a response from the creator, or has a dispute with the creator and cannot reach an agreement , they can report the situation to innateSAGA's official customer service. innateSAGA provides supporters with after-sales assistance services, including refunds, cancellations, returns and exchanges, address changes, and order transaction negotiations.

If the content or goods provided by the creator are non-subjective different from the promised content or goods, such as different quantities, or not provided at all, in this case innateSAGA will assist supporters in communicating and coordinating with the creator to meet the supporters' demands.

If supporters and creators cannot reach an agreement through negotiation, innateSAGA has the right to independently judge and handle the ownership of order responsibilities and rights.

 

 

Prohibited Uses of the Website

You are prohibited from using this website or pages in connection with the following activities:

Violation of the platform's "Terms of Use and Privacy", "Creator/Supporter Services" and other current or subsequent rules;

Violate any law, government regulation, industry requirement or anti-money laundering regulation;

Conduct prohibited by payment providers associated with the service (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) (please refer to the official websites of PayPal, Stripe, and other payment providers for detailed policies);

Including but not limited to:

• Adult or sexually suggestive content (including obscene materials, nudity, and links to sexual services);
• Contains links to fraudulent, misleading, or false services;
• Violent or excessively gory content;
• Hate speech, intimidation, or abuse against any individual, group, or organization;
• Activities that intentionally harm creators (e.g., using chargebacks or fraudulent disputes to cause financial loss);
• Selling goods or services for the purpose of tax evasion;
• Products or services that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.) or privacy rights;
• Other unacceptable activities reasonably determined by the Platform.

To protect our business, we reserve the right to review and delete your content or posts at any time.

In short, it is strictly prohibited to use innateSAGA to engage in illegal, harmful or prohibited activities, and the platform reserves the right to remove content or restrict use to maintain service.

 

 

Termination or suspension of service

innateSAGA may immediately terminate or suspend your account and related services upon reasonable grounds (including but not limited to your breach of the Terms).

Upon termination of your account, your right to use innatesaga.com will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including proprietary notices, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

We only exclude liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree not to use the website for commercial purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

 

 

Applicable Law

This Agreement and its formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

You and innateSAGA submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, and all legal matters shall be handled in the Hong Kong courts.
