• Do not set any terms for transactions between creators and supporters.
• We are not responsible for anything that happens during user activities. All interactions, agreements or contracts on the site are solely between the creator and the supporter.
• Nor does it act as a marketplace, payment agent, intermediary, financial institution, merchant, creditor, charity, advisor or broker.
• No payments are processed or held. Supporters pay creators directly through a third-party payment provider of their choice.
• is not the seller or reseller of the items sold on this website.
• Not responsible for product pricing, payment, delivery, refunds, chargebacks or related disputes.
• Nor is it responsible for whether the creators comply with the law.

 

Creators and supporters are responsible for their own interactions on this site. innateSAGA is not involved in any agreements between creators and supporters and is not responsible for any issues that may arise. Creators are solely responsible for their content, how they interact with supporters, and any transactions conducted through this site. If you have any questions, concerns, or disputes about content provided by a creator, please contact the creator directly. All transactions, including donations, are between the creator and supporter—innateSAGA does not handle any payments, deliveries, or refunds, nor does it intervene in any disputes between creators and supporters.

 

In addition, once the creator signs a contract with us, we will fulfill the corresponding rights and obligations as the producer/co-producer/producer/distributor/agent.

 

 

Account usage

You shall use your registered account in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the innateSAGA rules and shall be solely responsible for all actions taken under such account. If you violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of innateSAGA or any third party, you shall bear all responsibilities for such actions.

 

You will be solely responsible for any theft, password loss, or illegal use of your account due to your poor storage.

 

The registered account is for your personal use only. You may not dispose of the account in any form ( including but not limited to lending, donating, selling, etc.). Otherwise, the innateSAGA platform has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services and products to the account and cancel the account, and you shall bear all the resulting responsibilities alone.

 

You only have the right to use this account, and the ownership of this account belongs to innateSAGA. innateSAGA has the right to reclaim your right to use the account free of charge within the scope permitted by law without your consent or notification.

Please be aware that it is common practice in the internet industry to clearly assign account ownership to the platform. This is primarily for reasons of platform management, security oversight, and preventing account manipulation or abuse.

You may not produce, copy, or publish any illegal information containing the following content:

1. Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
3. Damage to national honor and interests;
4. Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or insulting, slandering, or otherwise infringing upon the names, portraits, reputations, or honors of heroes and martyrs;
5. Propagating terrorism, extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist activities;
6. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
7. Undermining the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
8. Spreading rumors and disrupting economic and social order;
9. Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incitement to crime;
10. Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon their reputation, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests;
11. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

 

It is prohibited to produce, copy, or publish any harmful information containing the following content:

1. Using exaggerated titles, with content that is seriously inconsistent with the title;
2. Hype up gossip, scandal, bad deeds, etc.;
3. Inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents, and other calamities;

The following activities are prohibited:

7. Spamming: flooding the screen with spam messages or sending spam private messages to other users;
8. Malicious information collection: Do not use crawlers or other methods to collect our index information unless you have obtained our prior consent.

 

If you engage in any of the prohibited behaviors listed above or violate laws and regulations, innateSAGA reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings and rectifications, deletion or blocking of content, functional restrictions, suspension of updates, closure, freezing, or account cancellation, and promptly remove any illegal or infringing content, preserve records, and report to the relevant authorities, or provide your personal information upon request of the rights holder. You shall bear all liability arising therefrom.

Payment

innateSAGA does not provide payment services. All payments are made directly to creators by supporters through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Inc. and Stripe, Inc.

By using this platform, you agree to accept all relevant terms of service. These service providers are responsible for all matters related to your card information and payment behavior.

Once posted, you are deemed to have obtained the rights holder's consent to display the minor's portrait, voice, and other information on the innateSAGA platform and related services, and to allow innateSAGA to use and process such content related to minors in accordance with this Agreement. If the rights holder notifies innateSAGA that your posted content infringes the rights of minors, innateSAGA reserves the right to process your posted content and notify you in order to protect the rights of the rights holder and the minor.

 

Regarding the privacy protection of minors, innateSAGA will strictly follow the methods and approaches described in the "innateSAGA Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy" published on the platform.

 

Special tips for guardians

If your ward uses the innateSAGA platform and related services, you, as a guardian, should guide and supervise your ward's registration and usage.
